Shipping policy

 

Orders placed before 15:00 will be processed for shipment the same business day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on the recipient’s location.

Shipping Fees:

  • Within Tbilisi: 6 GEL

  • Other Cities/Regions: 8 GEL

  • Villages and Smaller Settlements: 10 GEL

We work with local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Couriers document the condition of packages at pickup and drop-off. We strongly advise customers to inspect the item in the courier’s presence to confirm it is delivered in proper condition.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • Tracking details may be provided via SMS or email after your order is dispatched.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, redelivery may incur additional charges.

  • In cases of high demand or sales periods, delivery may be slightly delayed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if the product is no longer available or cannot be delivered.
