Your request will be reviewed if:

Based on your message and the provided information, we will assess and confirm whether a refund or exchange is eligible.
🔹 Refund Conditions
A refund will be approved only if the product remains in its original condition, exactly as it was delivered by the courier.
If the item has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery, the refund request will be declined.
You may also choose to exchange the item instead of requesting a refund.

Refunds are processed within 12 hours of item return confirmation.

Exchanges are processed immediately upon item return, if the item is in stock.
🔹 Courier Fees
If the return is due to a change of mind and not a product issue, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
Unwanted orders can be canceled within 3 hours of payment. After this period, cancellation may be more difficult depending on the order status.

🔒 Fraud Prevention
If an item is returned without valid damage or issue (e.g., false claims), the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, your IP address will be flagged for abuse.
If the same IP address receives two warnings, it will be permanently blocked from placing future orders on our website.
